What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of a $15M luxury apartment project from construction to completion
- Manage programme, budget, procurement and project risk
- Administer head contract and subcontracts, including variations and claims (in conjunction with a CA)
- Oversee procurement and coordinate consultants, trades and suppliers
- Drive cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting
- Lead site team and chair client/stakeholder meetings
- Ensure high-end quality standards, WHS compliance and regulatory approvals
- Manage defects, commissioning and final handover
- Degree in a relevant discipline - Construction Management
- Strong technical knowledge of project software, BCA, and project planning.
- Strong negotiation skills and local sub-contractor and consultant relationships
- Experience working in the tier two environment on projects in excess of $10M
