The Position
  
This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality residential projects and wants to play a key role in shaping a $15M luxury development. What You’ll Do
  • Lead delivery of a $15M luxury apartment project from construction to completion
  • Manage programme, budget, procurement and project risk
  • Administer head contract and subcontracts, including variations and claims (in conjunction with a CA)
  • Oversee procurement and coordinate consultants, trades and suppliers
  • Drive cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting
  • Lead site team and chair client/stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure high-end quality standards, WHS compliance and regulatory approvals
  • Manage defects, commissioning and final handover
What You Bring:
  • Degree in a relevant discipline - Construction Management
  • Strong technical knowledge of project software, BCA, and project planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills and local sub-contractor and consultant relationships
  • Experience working in the tier two environment on projects in excess of $10M
Salary will be depending on experience however figures between $190K – $220K
