CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading head contractor / builder who have recently been awarded a high profile shopping centre project based out Western Sydney - $250m+. 

Due to recently being awarded the project, they are seeking an experienced Services Project Engineer to work closely with a young project team, responsible for working closely with the Senior Services Manager to deliver the MEP services package on the project. 

As a Services Project Engineer, you will be responsible for;

• Managing the sub contractors on the project - mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulics, BMS, AV, Security etc. 
• Attending design meetings
• Monitoring progress and timelines with schedules
• Working closely with the Senior Services Manager, Construction Manager and project team based on site

Requirements

You will have proven experience working with a reputable builder / head contractor within Australia in either a Services Coordinator or Services Engineer capacity working on greenfield or brownfield construction projects. You will have strong communication skills, confident of overseeing the services package on the job, working closely with the Senior Services Manager to ensure a successful and timely delivery.
