You'll lead a team of technicians, account managers, and support staff, playing a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to field technicians, account managers, and administrative personnel
• Serve as the primary technical resource for both team members and major clients
• Build and nurture client partnerships while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Support business development through quoting, tender preparation, and technical solution design
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen team engagement

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated background in senior-level HVAC service or operations management
• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (TAFE qualified)
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial HVAC applications
• Strong people leadership and communication capabilities
• Balanced approach combining technical expertise with commercial awareness
• Track record in team management and service coordination
