CGC Recruitment are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join a growing residential builder operating throughout the Sutherland Shire. The company has a strong pipeline of work for the coming year, including new builds and renovation projects valued up to $2M, and is looking to expand its team.

You will work closely with another qualified carpenter and supervise an apprentice on smaller projects. You will also collaborate with the site foreman on larger builds to ensure high quality workmanship and smooth project delivery.

As an integral part of the site team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality carpentry work on luxury new builds and renovations
• Work alongside another experienced carpenter
• Supervise and support an apprentice on smaller jobs
• Collaborate closely with the foreman and wider site team
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure site safety, quality standards and project timelines are met

To be successful, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Proven experience in high-end residential construction
• Strong finishing skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to read plans and work independently when required
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Current driver’s licence and own tools

Our client is looking to pay up to $90,000 + super depending on experience.
