The Client

Very well-established Fire Protection business with an excellent reputation. Founded in 2010 they have built up a fantastic team and a huge portfolio of clients across Sydney. 

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team and help organise the service technicians. Your day-to-day duties will involve scheduling, coordinating, fielding inbound calls, raising invoices, timesheets and much more. 

  • ​​​​​​Handle service and repair enquiries from customers
  • Maintain service schedule
  • General service administration
  • Assist with the coordination of routine service and repair call outs
  • Prepare quotes for call outs or repair works
  • Prepare draft service agreement for new customers for review by Service Manager
  • Review service reports for follow up works and completion of works
  • To visit clients when required to understand their requirements, needs and the site conditions
  • Log everything on CRM system
