Site Manager – $20M New Build Project
Location: Perth, WA

Salary: $180-210k package - negotiable on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of a $20M+ new build commercial project located in the Perth metro area.
This is a key role within a respected and well-resourced Tier 3, privately owned builder, known for delivering high-quality commercial, civic, and mixed-use projects across Western Australia.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of all site-based activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, to spec, and within budget. You’ll lead a site-based team and work closely with the CM and CA to deliver a quality result.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all trades and site activities
- Manage site safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal delivery team
- Monitor construction program, identify delays, and resolve site issues
- Ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Lead toolbox talks and drive a strong safety-first culture
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects in the $10M–$30M range
- Trade background or tertiary qualification in construction
- Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and buildability
- Ability to lead site teams, drive program, and maintain site discipline
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong support from an experienced head office and delivery team
