- Joining an existing team on a $100M aged care project based in Lane Cove you will be responsible for bringing the project to a successful completion.
- Reporting to a seasoned Site Manager and working in a team of 4 Foreman, your day-to-day duties will include subcontractor management, materials handling and general site coordination of your allocated area.
- Once this project is completed you will transfer to a large-scale educational project near the Parramatta region
- Saturday work in rostered to 1 in 3
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily site activities, maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Coordinate and mentor trades crews and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of scopes and programs
- Monitor progress against the construction schedule; report on key milestones and proactively resolve issues
- Enforce site safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox talks and inspections
- Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage on‑site materials, equipment and labour allocations to maximize efficiency
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman across aged care, health or educational projects valued upwards of 50M
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse crews
- In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, quality controls and WHS regulations
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities
- Valid White Card, NSW Driver’s License and relevant trade qualifications
