A commercial/Industrial builder who have been operating in QLD for over 40 years have a great reputation in the industry. They are currently turning over around $150M with over 40 staff in the business and already have a full order book for the majority of 2019.
 
The role – Senior Estimator
They are looking for a Senior Estimator to come into the business and join a team of 4 and you will also be seen as the Lead Estimator. You will be based in head office located just outside the Brisbane CBD and you will be working on tenders from a value of $1M to $40M which is mainly from repeat business.
 
What you need

• 8 years plus experience as a building Estimator
• Experience with a similar size builder on similar size projects
• Proven history of using Buildsoft
• Able to manage team
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
