The Company

You will be joining a business that has become a major player in the NSW market over the last 25 years. They are involved in helping bring to life a diverse and innovative range of projects with blue chip clients. Over the last 12 months they have broken the $100M mark and are looking to increase capability at this value. They turnover in the vicinity of $700M locally and are growing despite the current market conditions.

Tender pipeline includes - educational, data centers, sports facilities, health, aged care and commercial new build works $40M - $120M

The Position
  
Managing a full site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day activities on site to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the programmed works. You will understand how to correctly set up a $80M project and schedule the works according.
  
The scope of the works will be to deliver a commercial build, you will need to demonstrate experience in this sector and understand the complexities of working in CBD and built up locations.

Salary will depend on experience however figures in excess of $200K are achievable.
