CGC Recruitment is a national boutique specialist built environment recruitment company with offices based in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Over the last 10 years the business has grown to become an established player in providing recruitment services to some of Australia’s most prominent contractors, consultancies and design studios.
The Opportunity
Having established CGC WA back in Jan 21, with close to 2 years on the ground locally in Perth, we have some exciting growth plans in place within our WA business. We are seeking an experienced Consultant who wants be a part of the journey, playing a key role in driving the growth of the WA business unit working closely with our WA State Lead based out of state of the art offices in Perth CBD.
The position will see you focussed on building relationships, networking and identifying opportunities to place white collar professionals on both permanent and contract assignments within the construction and engineering sectors in WA.
You'll be joining a business that has extensive experience recruiting into these market sectors across Australia and will be provided with the full support, networks and contacts from local and interstate colleagues in Sydney and Brisbane, including some of the industry's market leafing consultants, providing you with regular insights, leads and market information.

Market knowledge – a clear blue print
Individuals who join the business will be supported by a member of the senior management team and will receive a clear blue print of how to target your market with realistic goals. In addition we have a comprehensive database and invest heavily in advertising, marketing, social media and paid project databases providing you with all the tools and support to be successful.
We also participate with industry bodies such as the Master Builders Association, (MBA), Property Council of Australia, Permanent Way Institute (PWI) and Civil Contractors Federation (CCF).
Benefits
We offer attractive base salaries and a leading commission scheme with realistic thresholds and no rollover. In addition we offer non-monetary benefits such as additional annual leave, group training sessions, regular incentives and quarterly events.

- A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
- A strong desire to learn and develop your career as a Recruiter within the construction/engineering sector
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
