Service Manager – HVAC (Division Leadership Role)
An opportunity has opened up with a leading HVAC business for an experienced Service Manager to step into a true division leadership role.
This position goes well beyond day-to-day service management. The business is looking for a hands-on leader who can take ownership of the service department, drive growth, and build a high-performing team.
You’ll be trusted to lead from the front, grow revenue, strengthen client relationships, and position the division for long-term success.

- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of HVAC technicians
- Recruiting and scaling the service team as the business grows
- Driving new business, service contracts and recurring revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Improving systems, processes and operational performance
- Ensuring high standards of safety, quality and customer service
- Acting as the face of the service division with clients and internally
About You
To be successful in this role, you will likely have:
- Strong technical background in HVAC service & maintenance
- Proven experience managing and leading service teams
- Commercial acumen and the ability to win new work and contracts
- Confidence dealing directly with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- A leadership style that motivates, develops and retains people
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset
