This builder has over 2 decades of experience in NSW and QLD specialising in hospitality and educational projects valued to $30M. they employ a team of 110 people nationally and turn over approx. $110M. The company currently holds a strong financial position and is hiring due to strategic growth.
The Position – Senior PM/Construction Manager (Brisbane)
This well established Tier 3 builder are looking to add a team in which you be leading. The business currently consists of 3 teams and they are adding a 4th. You will still be hands on with projects but your main responsibilities will be managing your team of Project Managers/Site Managers as the team grows.

To be successful for this role you will need:
- A completed Construction Management degree
- The experience to call yourself a Senior PM
- Looking to make that step up middle management role
- Experience delivering projects up to $20M
- Commercial background
- Cheops knowledge would be beneficial
- Be a natural leader
- Be well presented and excellent communication skills
