The Role
 
Reporting directly to the Director, the Remedials Project Manager will take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery across multiple high-rise projects. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to contractual standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of multiple high-rise remedial projects totaling $50M
• Manage AS4000 and Master Builders contracts, ensuring compliance and execution
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project administration
• Manage project programs, budgets, risk, and quality outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients, strata, and stakeholders
• Mentor site managers, supervisors, and project engineers
• Report directly to directors on performance, progress, and financials

About You

• 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager in remedial, façade, or structural repair
• Extensive experience delivering high-rise remedial projects $10M+
• Strong understanding and practical application of AS4000 and Master Builders contracts
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil, or related discipline preferred
• Proactive, commercially-minded, and solutions-focused
