Area Manager / Branch Manager – Rural South Australia
Manage Multiple Sites | Leadership Role | Logistics & Transport Operations

We are seeking an experienced Area / Branch Manager to oversee operations across multiple regional sites in South Australia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for supervising both operational and administrative staff, ensuring smooth and efficient transport, logistics, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operations across multiple regional branches, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Supervise and develop site teams, including drivers and administrative personnel.
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and fleet operations across all sites.
  • Implement operational procedures to maintain safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics for each site.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in branch or area management within transport, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and operational management abilities.
  • Knowledge of WHS, transport compliance, and fleet management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff, customers, and stakeholders.
