Scheduler / Dispatcher – Transport & Earthmoving
Port Kennedy, WA | Full-Time | $32.40–$35.60/hr + Super + Overtime

We are looking for a Scheduler / Dispatcher to join a growing operational team at a leading transport and earthmoving business based in Port Kennedy, WA. This is a hands-on role coordinating around 20 trucks, supporting site services, equipment hire, and daily transport operations. You’ll work closely with a small, friendly team to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and vehicles are dispatched safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for transport, earthmoving, and site services.
• Coordinate driver rosters, relief drivers, and manage daily operational changes.
• Liaise with clients and site teams to confirm requirements, timing, and resources.
• Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Support operational planning and assist the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills & Experience
