Overview

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well reputed, large scale national fit out and maintenance contractor who have recently set up their Perth office and have exciting growth plans in place within WA. 

The Client

With over 100+ staff nationally and offices in every major state in Australia the client have recently appointed a well networked and experienced State Manager in WA to lead and drive the operations in WA.

As a business, they offer a range of services across design, design & construct & construct only projects within the commercial office / workplace market, working on projects anywhere from $100k up to $10m. 

As part of the group, they have an in-house interior design studio, lead by a highly experienced local Design Principal, who you will also work closely with. 

Opportunity - Project Manager with a career pathway into Construction Manager

With the State Manager responsible for driving the growth of the business, client relationships and brining in new projects, as Project Manager, you will be across the full lifecycle of projects from tendering, estimating and delivery, whilst growing the construction division and delivery team. 

With a strong national presence and financial backing, this is a long term project for the business in growing their WA operation, so would suit an experienced Project Manager who wants to join on the ground up and play a key role in growing the business, establishing the culture and growing a high performing construction & delivery team. 

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience within the local WA fit out market as a Project Manager 
  • Strong sub local sub contractor network
  • Driven attitude and interest in growing a construction team
