The NSW market is producing many projects and this well-structured builder have been fortunate enough to pick up a few projects starting over the next 2 months which has forced them to add a Senior Project Manager to the team.
 
As a Project Manager you will report to your Construction Manager and you first project will most likely to be a $12M Industrial project. The PM they are looking will ideally have previous experience with a well-known commercial/industrial builder and hold at least 8 year’s experience as a Project Manager.
 
To be successful for this role of Project Manager you will need:

• ·         A completed construction degree
• ·         A stable career to date
• ·         Experience with a well known tier2/3 builder as a Project Manager
• ·         Commercial/industrial background
• ·         A Team player
• ·         Able to work on two projects at a time when required
• ·         Lead from the front
