CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a long standing, WA owned & operated commercial building head contractor who have a proven track record of delivering a range of Commercial & Apartment projects across Perth & WA. 

Having recently picked up a new $90m high end apartment development, comprising of 70 apartments, based 15 mins NOR - they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, to take the lead, deliver the project and pay a key role within the business. 

The Role - Senior Project Manager

You'll take the lead, build out the wider delivery team and have autonomy to deliver this key project for the business. Working in close collaboration with both the Director and the wider senior leadership team, you'll have the support and resources from the business. 

As the project is currently in early works, you'll also have a few month lead time to be across the project, with construction starting approx Dec 24. 

Requirements

A key hire for the business, they're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering high rise / high end apartment or mixed use developments. 

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with 10+ years experience, ideally with a track record delivering projects in Perth.

A long term position, with a highly competitive salary package on offer, ranging from $240-260k TRP (Negotiable, depending on experience.)
