Project Manager / Senior Project Manager –
Potential progression to State Manager for the right person

The Company:

Commercial fit out projects for high profile clients
Workspace, Education, Health, Medical and Building Owners
Projects range $1-10m

Looking for an enthusiastic person with fit out experience

Role and Skills:

Lead end to end delivery on fit out & refurb projects, from design / preconstruction stage
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subscontractors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Manage project budget in line with the programme
Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients including monthly reporting
Develop and monitor project timelines
Strong problem solving and can do attitude
Mentor less experienced members of the team
Knows and gets the best out of project managers, architects, engineers, directors and others to ensure project goals are met
Positive influence on the company and people around them

Desirable Criteria:

Minimum 4 years’ experience minimum as a Project Manager
Experience working on similar projects, preferably from a competitor
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Australian working rights
