Junior Site Manager / Project Coordinator – Custom Homes Sydney Metro | High-End Residential Projects

Work on architecturally designed, luxury homes with a builder known for quality, detail, and delivery.

We’re looking for a hungry, career-driven Junior Site Manager / Project Coordinator who wants to step up and be part of high-end custom builds across Sydney. You’ll work directly with an experienced Supervisor and gain real exposure on premium projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving day-to-day site coordination alongside the Supervisor
• Managing trades, suppliers, and site activity
• Keeping projects on track with program and quality expectations
• Ensuring high-end finishes and build standards are met
• Supporting WHS and site compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in residential construction
• Strong background in custom homes (luxury experience highly regarded)
• Someone proactive, switched-on, and confident on site
• Ambition to progress into a full Site Manager role
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing
