One of our key clients is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead a prestigious $300M Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) project: a high-end hotel refurbishment located at the northern end of the Gold Coast. This pivotal role will be based out of their South Brisbane office.

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of a landmark project from its early stages. You'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of a luxury hotel refurbishment, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the $300M ECI hotel refurbishment project from inception through to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ensure the project adheres to all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Drive efficient communication and reporting across all project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep the project on track.

About You:

• You possess extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within the Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction sector.
• You have a demonstrated history of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects, with specific experience in hotel refurbishments or large-scale commercial builds being highly regarded.
• You are adept at managing Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes.
• You are a natural leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• You have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and relevant legislation.
• You are commercially astute with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to project profitability.
• You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
