Job description

Due to growth within the business, we are seeking applications from 
Senior Project Managers to be involved in a large construction project in WA.

The Role
  • Proactively manage and oversee day-to-day operations during the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle and ensure the project runs to schedule and avoids unnecessary delays during delivery.
  • Manage scope changes to ensure maximum return.
  • Maintain constant open communication with clear direction for all relevant project staff remaining aware of key activities of the project at all times.
  • Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all leadership team members.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in managing a large construction project.
  • Demonstrated experience in estimation costing, planning and working on a budget.
  • A high level of business and commercial (contractual) acumen backed by a sound ability to interpret, read and manage budgets, financial reports and analyse schedules.
  • Highly effective written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiating and diplomacy skills.
