The Opportunity

This role will see you leading complex construction and fit out projects from early planning through to successful completion, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.

You will play a key leadership role, influencing project outcomes while contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of construction and fit out projects from inception to handover
  • Manage project programming, budgets, contracts and resourcing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities
  • Mentor and support project teams, promoting best practice and continuous improvement 
About You
  • 5 + years proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction or fit out
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects successfully
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
