This builder has over 2 decades of experience in NSW and QLD specialising in hospitality, educational and commercial projects valued to $30M. They employ a team of 110 people nationally and turn over approx. $150M. The company currently holds a strong financial position and is will be busy for the next 6 - 12 months.
You will be delivering Pubs/Hotels, Private Education, Community Projects valued ranging from $5M - $30M
The Position
Reporting into the General Manager you will use your strong stakeholder and project management skills leading and coordinating of all participants on the project, ensuring expectations are understood and agreed, program and design developed and closely monitored, key milestones met and delivery and performance and financial targets achieved.
You will benefit from working closely with the BDM ensuring a continued pipeline of works and join projects at the tender stages. You will run approx. 2 projects in construction and one at tender stages.
We are looking for someone that has aspirations to head into Construction Management within the next 6-12 months as the existing CM will be moving interstate by 2022
You will be paid a salary of $190K - $210K. NEG

To be successful for this role you will need:
- A completed Construction Management degree
- Experience as a Project manager in the upper third and mid-tier market
- Experience working in the Sydney construction market
- Commercial background
- Cheops experience is preferred
