Our client is a globally connected project and development management consultancy delivering complex, design-led projects across property and infrastructure.

They are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Brisbane team and lead the delivery of two major high-rise developments, each valued in the hundreds of millions and spanning a four-year program. The first project is currently under construction (stage 1), and the other is in early planning and approvals stage, providing exposure to both front-end and delivery stages.

About the Role
You’ll manage the full project lifecycle from design, procurement, and construction through to completion. Working alongside developers, architects, contractors, stakeholders and internal Directors, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of these two exceptional developments over the span of 4-5 years.

About You
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Strong background in high-rise residential, hotel, or large-scale accommodation projects
  • Experience working for both head contractors and client-side consultancies/developers is highly desirable
  • Front-end development / DA feasibility experience is highly desirable
  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Property, or related field
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project delivery from early development through to construction and handover
  • Manage design, procurement, and construction phases on behalf of the client
  • Drive program, budget, risk, and stakeholder management
  • Liaise with developers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment and project excellence
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within a collaborative project management team
