Fleet Allocator / Scheduler – Transport & Logistics
Location: Kewdale, WA
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 + Super
Join a well-established, family-run transport business based in Kewdale, specialising in container movements and general freight distribution. We’re seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator / Scheduler to take ownership of day-to-day fleet coordination and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries from container to customer.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for allocating a fleet of around 40 - 50 trucks, managing driver schedules, and ensuring efficient route planning and utilisation. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain excellent service levels. While container, port, or wharf logistics experience would be advantageous, it’s not essential — strong allocation or scheduling experience within the transport industry is the key.
This position suits a hands-on allocator who thrives in a dynamic environment and values being part of a supportive, close-knit team where your input makes a real difference.
