Our client is a leading Project Management consultancy with a strong presence across major eastern seaboard cities, specialising in social infrastructure, commercial & property projects.
With an expanding pipeline in the government sector, like health and education construction projects, this business offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a well-connected Director and grow into a Project Director role in 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across all phases, from planning and enabling to delivery and handover.
- The pipeline includes key Hospital and School developments, both private and government
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including government clients and contractors.
- Oversee project governance, budgets, programs, and risk management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to strategic growth and step up into a Project Director role.
- Degree qualified in Construction, Design, Property, or similar.
- 10 years of industry experience required. Ideally, in project management within government, health, education, or large-scale built form infrastructure projects.
- Confident in managing all phases of large construction projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Highly motivated, autonomous, and capable of delivering complex projects.
