Project Manager

Job description

CGC Recruitment are working with a high-end residential builder based in North Sydney who have been running for over 10 years and have delivered award winning projects up to $20m. 

They are now looking to bring in an additional project manager to service a new project on the Lower North Shore. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked on high end residential projects over $10m or tier 1 commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from design through to handover.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Lead site and consultant coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and safety requirements.
  • Report on project progress, financials, and timelines to senior management and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve seamless project delivery.
About You
  • Proven experience managing luxury residential or Tier 1 commercial projects over $10M in value.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
