Estimator – Contract Role | Residential & Commercial Projects |

About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our team on a contract basis, managing multiple projects simultaneously across both residential and commercial sectors. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely estimates and supporting project delivery from tender through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for multiple projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope of works
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Manage and prioritise multiple projects concurrently
• Provide input into budgets, cost plans, and value engineering exercises

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Estimator in both residential and commercial construction
• Proficiency with Cubit estimating software is essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
