Contract Administrator | 6 Month Contract | Infrastructure

Job description

CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have been approached by an existing client to Site based Contracts Administrator on an initial 6-month contract basis. 
 
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager this site-based role will mainly involve will be putting together procurement packages to subcontractor but will also involve sub-contract management, contract negotiation and assessing progress claims and variations. 
 
The role is an immediate start for a 6 month duration and applicants can be payed as PAYG or via a Ltd Company sub-consultant. We are looking to speak with Commercial professionals with the following experience:
 
- 5 years Civil Construction experience
- Experience dealing with commercial claims and variations 
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
- Prior experience with a civil subcontractor would be an advantage 
- Road experience is preferred
