About You

• 6+ years' experience as an Estimator (senior or ready to step up)
• Experience across commercial construction, refurb or fit out projects
• Strong first-principles estimating capability
• Confident working independently and leading tenders
• Strong stakeholder & client communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tendering and estimating on projects up to ~$40M
• Prepare first-principles estimates, trade break-ups and take-offs
• Manage tender submissions, program allowances and risk analysis
• Liaise with subcontractors for pricing, negotiations and scope reviews
• Support the transition from pre-construction into delivery teams
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development
