Job description

The Role
  • Assist in the preparation of subcontract documents including development of Subcontract discipline scopes of works.
  • Assist the Project Management team in monitoring the onsite progress, sequencing and methodology of Subcontractors to ensure works are being completed in line with the Head Contract program.
  • Solicit and maintain correspondence with Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers and other vendors.
  • Perform other duties within the organisation that may be necessary to suit operational requirements.

Skills and Experience
  • Possess a strong understanding of civil and infrastructure project lifecycles.
  • Mining, civils and resources background.
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a Contract Administrator.
