Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established and reputable tier 2 national commercial building head contractor who have a proven track record of delivering a range of high profile and complex building projects in Perth & WA. 

Due to new projects coming through in the new year, they have a new opportunity for a Senior CA / Contracts Manager, to play a key role, in a lead capacity on some of their upcoming projects. Project sectors and building types are often diverse and varied, ranging from Mixed Use, Aviation, Industrial, Commercial, Education etc. typically in the value range of $30-$150m and are an established player in the tier 2 market. 

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator / Contracts Manager

A critical role role within the business as part of the wider commercial team, with responsibilities that include; Contract management, claims, RFI's, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and maintaining organised records. Collaborating with the Project Manager / Director and wider project team to ensure compliance,  budgets, and contributing to cost analyses and savings initiatives.

Salary will be aligned with experience, however will be up to $180k + Super + Vehicle Allowance.
