Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all aspects of contracts, including preparation, negotiation, and execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Resolve disputes, claims, and variations related to contract terms and conditions.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters to the project team.
- Liaise with legal teams to ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator, specifically on industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, including AS and NEC forms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, while also taking ownership of contract-related tasks.
