CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, award winning tier 2 commercial building head contractor who have a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of high quality projects to recruit a Senior CA to play a key role within the business. 

The Client

A long established commercial construction head contractor who have excellent staff retention levels, a loyal sub-contractor base, regularly receive repeat business from key clients and work on a variety of projects.

New build projects typically ranging from $5m-$60m across several sectors that include; Commercial, Education, Industrial, Civic etc. 

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator

Due to newly awarded projects, there is a new opportunity for a Senior Contract Administrator to play a key role within the business, supporting the project and senior leadership team. All typical CA responsibilities that include; managing sub contractors, claims & variations, supporting the PM and wider leadership team, RFI's etc. 

The position is an office based role NOR, which has occasional site travel as and when required.
