Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading national builder / head contractor who have an excellent reputation in WA for delivering a diverse range of high profile commercial construction projects.
The Client
Projects are diverse in size and scale, typically ranging from $10-$150m+ across Commercial, Offices, Mixed Use, Healthcare developments etc.
A large tier 2 builder who have several professionals who have come from a tier 1 background working on complex projects, who really enjoy the autonomy, culture and less red tape associated with being a tier 2.
The client take a personalised approach with each individual within the business, providing tailored career pathways and have a proven track record of retaining some top professionals within the industry, having some of the senior leaders within the business for over 5 and 10+ years - regularly promoting from within when possible.
The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in the delivery of a highly technical project - valued at $15m initially. Managing all financials, cost reporting, RFI's, managing sub contractors etc. on the project - working closely with a highly experienced PM.
The client are seeking an experienced CA/QS with 5+ years experience, with commercial construction experience on complex projects valued upwards of $5m+.
A permanent opportunity, with a salary package negotiable on experience, with the range up to $160k + Super + Vehicle / Allowance.
