Senior Contract Administrator – Industrial Project (3-Month Contract) Location: Western Sydney
Duration: Up to 3 Months (Contract Role)

About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team on a short-term basis to assist in the mobilisation and early delivery of a major industrial project in Western Sydney.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who thrives in the pre-construction/start-up phase, with a proven ability to manage contracts, procurement, and cost reporting on fast-paced construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage head and subcontract administration during the project mobilisation phase
- Procure subcontractors, prepare scopes of work, and negotiate terms
- Administer and track variations, claims, and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company processes
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, site teams, and commercial staff
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to the senior leadership team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and project delivery frameworks
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running in a high-performance environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
