Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of premium residential projects, my client is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker / Installer to join their team on a full-time basis.
  
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to a highly skilled tradesperson with proven experience in high-end / luxury residential joinery.
The role involves both factory-based manufacturing (Parramatta area) and on-site installation work across Sydney.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry to detailed specifications
• Interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings accurately
• Install kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, entertainment units, and bespoke joinery on-site
• Deliver exceptional fit and finish standards on all projects
• Work independently and collaboratively within a small, professional team
• Liaise professionally with clients, builders, and other trades on-site
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

  
About You
The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship and understands the level of precision required in luxury residential homes.
  
Essential Requirements

• Trade qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential cabinetry
• Strong experience in both workshop fabrication and on-site installation
• Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to premium finishes
• Strong problem-solving skills on-site
• Current NSW driver’s licence
• White Card
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to the Parramatta area

  
Highly Regarded

• Experience working with premium materials and high-end hardware
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Experience mentoring apprentices or leading small teams
