One of the fastest growing providers of outsourced building management to the residential sector in Sydney are looking for an experienced building manager to join their team at a brand new development in the Hills District.

Based on site - you will take responsibility for 400 residential and retail units ensuring that the highest standards of service are delivered to residents. 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
· Liaising with Owners, Strata Committee members and Service providers
· Creating and presenting monthly reports
· Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
· Attending scheduled Committee Meetings and AGM's
