Safety Adviser- Temp

CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source a Safety Adviser for a short term contract to provide gap relief for an existing employee. 
 
The role is a 2 month contract starting in October where you will be provided a detailed handover to get up to speed and hit the ground running. Duties will include;
 
- Provide direction, coaching and mentorship for health, safety and environment
- Oversee incident reporting, effective investigations
- Attend  stakeholder meetings and implement across projects 
- Ensure implementation and compliance to Work Health and Safety Act
 
Projects will range fro $1-20ml and scopes will include; f commercial and bulk excavation, demolition & complex earthworks. The role is an initial short term contract but this business has over $40ml worth of work in hand so could easily progress into a full time role based on performance.
