A Project Management consultancy with 40 years of history in Australia.
 
They specialise in the client-side Project Management of large format building, industrial and development projects. Boasting some of the longest staff tenures in the industry, with employees at 40 years, 27 years, and several at 20, 15 and 10+ years with the business.
 
The Opportunity:
Lead and shape the North Queensland operation of this major consultancy, working on major building, development and industrial projects across the region.
 
Key duties include:
Lead the regional office, developing business strategies and provide top project and development management services to clients across the state.
 
Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience in principal-side development / project management consulting services on significant Australian building projects >$10M,
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management of similar,
• Demonstrated experience of team and people management
• Strong business development skills
