First class builder established over 40 years operating throughout the East Coast and are one of the fastest growing builders in South Australia and ACT. Operating in all Eastern Seaboard states with over 300 employees. As a business they operate across the Aged care, Data Centre, Residential, Health and Educational projects to name a few. Their South Australia Construction division is one of their busiest, with multiple high-profile projects of significant value recently awarded and in tender.
Reason for the role: Due to this continued success, this ambitious and well-structured builder need a key person to join their Adelaide office as a Contracts Manager.
The Role / Projects: We are seeking a Contracts Manager who will have responsibility for commercial and contractual risk mitigation, head and sub-contractor management, mentor, train and develop site base commercial staff (Project based - Senior CA's reporting to you) monthly reviews from a contract, financial and people perspective.
Your background:
We are seeking a Contract Manager who comes from a tier 1/ tier 2 background with proven experience delivering results across a territory, projects ranging in value from $30m to $150m. You'll have the ability to foster strong relationships internally while developing and driving best proactive to ensure commercial and contractual compliance while mitigating risk. You'll need to show stability on your CV working for a well-known reputable builder.
