Job description

Our client are a main tier civil contractor who specialize in the delivery of complex road, rail and water infrastructure projects. They currently have a healthy pipeline of works in delivery and due to recently committed government spend across road and rail upgrade projects in QLD they have identified an upcoming requirement for an Rail Interface Manager to work on a sub consultant basis to provide strategic expertise to assist in a tender for a major brownfield rail project.

Working with the Bid Team Lead the role will involve preparing response strategies for tenders, preparing methodologies for value engineering and managing designs. You will also be primary responsible for client interface where you will need to use expertise of working in a live rail environment to present delivery strategies the client.   

We are actively looking to speak with Project Management professionals with strong rail background who have proven experience in assist to win multi million dollar complex rail projects. A knowledge and understanding of ARTC processes, standards and specifications will be a prerequisite for the roll. The role will be an initial contract to provide strategic expertise to the bid team but will have the option to progress into a delivery role based on project outcome.
