The company
Major tier 1 multidisciplinary civil contractor who operate on a national basis and renowned for groundbreaking techniques and initiative throughout the industry.
The role
Quantity surveyor required to work alongside a bid and tender team working on major water infrastructure projects such as pipelines.
This is an initial contract role due to the need to bulk up the tender teams.
Due to performance and work load this would turn into a more longer term position and if projects are won you would move into a post-contract position on site.
Duties include;

- Schedule of rates
- Estimating/Pricing
- Liaising with project team
- Variations
- BOQ
Ideally you will have NSW civil experience working in pre-contract teams and have 3 years plus experience.
