The Opportunity:
Join a national builder on the delivery of an $8M retail / fuel project in Ipswich. The project still has months left and longer-term follow up work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery right through to defect liability and handover 
• Adhere to building specifications and standards and manage contractual requirements
• Implement project delivery systems, generate constructions programs, tender interviews, contract letting and subcontractor negotiations
• Successful financial and WHS&E management
• Drive and develop a high performing team

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering commercial / retail / fuel projects at a similar value
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or similar
• A strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communications at all levels
• An in-depth understanding of safety principles, specifications and drawings for accuracy and build ability
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, mentor and develop high performing teams
