Overview
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with one of WA's leading commercial construction sub contractors, who specialise in the design and installation of high profile swimming pools and aquatic centres across Australia.
The Client
As an industry leader, our client have a proven track record in delivering large scale and complex commercial swimming pools and aquatic centres up to $10m, with long standing relationships with industry leading developers and builders.
The Role - Project Manager
As a Project Manager, essentially you will take the project from the initial stages, all the way through to completion and handover with the client. Overseeing both the delivery and contract administration, with support from Site Supervisors out on site.
An excellent opportunity for an industry professional who enjoys a fast paced environment, working on different and dynamic projects, managing the delivery of up to 5 projects at any one time.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be provided all the support, upskilling regarding technical knowledge, and training internally.
Experience
3 + years experience within the construction industry, holding relevant qualifications in either construction management or quantity surveying are essential.
A a proven background working in either a CA or PM capacity for a commercial building head contractor or sub contractor interested in a new change and challenge, with a keen desire to learn and develop with the business.
The client do not expect someone to have all the technical knowledge from day 1, are are willing to invest and train the right individual with a proactive and positive attitude who wants to learn and develop. They are seeking a professional who has a proven background in administering contracts and delivering construction projects.
