The Opportunity - Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a $50m+ high-rise apartment development in Perth. You will oversee the full project lifecycle – from pre-construction through to handover – working closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and an experienced site team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, programming, and delivery of a $50m+ apartment project
- Drive project outcomes on time, budget, and quality
- Manage client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Provide leadership and support to the site team (Site Manager, CA, Engineers)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitor cost control, procurement, and contract administration
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- Proven Project Management experience delivering apartment or mixed-use projects $30m+
- Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Local WA experience and established relationships will be highly regarded
- Deliver a landmark $50m+ apartment development in Perth
