Our client is a tier 2, WA-owned and operated head contractor with a proven track record delivering high-quality projects across retail, commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
With a proven track record successfully delivering projects ranging from $20m through to $100m+, with a reputation for excellence and repeat business.
They are now seeking a talented Contract Administrator with retail tenancy coordination / retail construction projects experience to join the team on a $55m+ new shopping centre development in Perth.
The Role - Contract Administrator
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will be responsible for all aspects of contract administration while also coordinating tenancy fit-outs and liaising with retailers, consultants, and clients to ensure a seamless delivery of this major retail development.

The Role - Contract Administrator
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will be responsible for all aspects of contract administration while also coordinating tenancy fit-outs and liaising with retailers, consultants, and clients to ensure a seamless delivery of this major retail development.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer head contracts, subcontracts, progress claims, variations, and procurement
- Manage stakeholder and tenant relationships, ensuring design and delivery align with landlord requirements
- Coordinate tenancy handovers, access, and fit-out approvals
- Work with project consultants to resolve design and services integration issues
- Ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements
- Support the Project Manager and broader team to achieve project objectives
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial building sector
- Retail project experience, with exposure to tenancy coordination / retail fit-out highly desirable
- Strong contract knowledge, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with industry systems (Procore, Jobpac, Cheops or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
