CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with an established and innovative Commercial & Industrial construction head contractor who, due to strategic growth, are recruiting a Project Manager to join the business. 

The Role - Project Manager

An excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator with 5+ years experience either in fit out/new build construction projects, who is interested in being mentored by a highly experienced and well regarded Director, to fast track your career and development into a Project Manager. 

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with a highly experienced Director in the initial stages on an existing project, to further understand and learn the processes and systems within the business, before then stepping in and taking on your own projects. You will be provided with the autonomy, but also support from industry leaders & a high performing site delivering team. 

The Client

The business have 40 employees locally in Perth, are well established in their market sectors and have a great reputation within the industry. They have a young and dynamic team, and provide opportunities to people who want to learn, grow and develop with the business. 

Projects typically range from $10-50m and their core niche is within the Industrial construction market, working on high spec logistics facilities, warehouses and distribution centres in Perth metro area.
