The Role

Reporting to a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract administration, including:
  • Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, agreements, and variations
  • Overseeing progress claims, cost tracking, and budgets
  • Supporting project delivery across a mix of new builds, refurbishments, and fitouts in the commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors
This role suits someone with 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience who understands the full CA cycle and wants to progress into Project Management in the near future.
What You’ll Bring
  • Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Experience: 2–3 years with a commercial builder, ideally in health, education, or fitout/refurb projects
  • Systems: Proficient in Procore, with Jobpac or Cheops experience advantageous
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, financial management, procurement, and negotiation skills
  • Culture Fit: Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
