The Role
Reporting to a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract administration, including:
- Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, agreements, and variations
- Overseeing progress claims, cost tracking, and budgets
- Supporting project delivery across a mix of new builds, refurbishments, and fitouts in the commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors
What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience: 2–3 years with a commercial builder, ideally in health, education, or fitout/refurb projects
- Systems: Proficient in Procore, with Jobpac or Cheops experience advantageous
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, financial management, procurement, and negotiation skills
- Culture Fit: Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Salary: $120K–$135K + super (depending on experience)
- Location: Sydney, with projects across the metro area
